All of the gunsmith work carried out on our semi Custom or complete Custom builds is done in house.
The Barrel - Rebarreling:
The barrel is the heart of your gun so think carefully before you make the final decision. Our preferred choice of custom barrel makers based on quality and accuracy, are Bartlien Barrels Inc. and UK made Border Barrels from Sassen Engineering. But of course we can supply premium grade stainless steel and chrome-
We commonly use barrel lengths from 16" to 32" with twist rates from 1:6.5 through to 1 :18 depending on the weight of the bullet being used and discipline the rifle will be used for.
Please note: If you require a non standard twist rate or profile barrel this could possibly delay the build time of your rifle. Unfortunately this is beyond our control as one off items will have to fit into the manufacturers production times / schedule.
We carry a popular range of chambering's, for example .223, .243 .6.5 mm Creedmoor, etc. But all calibres can be sourced on request. All chambering work is carried out in house using Manson Reamers, the best reamers money can buy. Using Manson reamers in conjunction with our through barrel pressured oil flushing system produces the best possible finish to the chamber.
Barrel threading:
We are able to offer all types of barrel threading / muzzle screw cutting for sound moderators and muzzle brakes. All threads are cut on a lathe not a die, and are concentric to the bore to provide an accurate and safe mounting point for any muzzle device. Finally, after threading, an 11 degree target crown is cut.
Any thread configuration can be cut, but depending on the rifle and its use we commonly use 1/2" UNF, 5/8" UNF and M18 x 1.
Barrel Finish:
We can offer a range of finishes ranging from bead blasted satin, brushed, polished, blued or Cerakote.
The Action - Action Truing:
Action truing will be carried out on all semi custom builds. If you require a complete custom rifle build then we can supply actions from -
The Trigger / Trigger tuning:
We can supply custom triggers from most manufacturers including Cadex triggers, Jewell triggers and Timney triggers etc. We can also carry out trigger tuning on your standard trigger if you wish. We can usually regulate a standard Sako or Tikka down to a nice safe let off level.
Bolt Fluting:
We can carry out bolt fluting on most makes of rifles including Remington, Sako, Tikka, Howa and Begara. Please visit our rifle bolt fluting page HERE.

We can supply custom stocks from various manufacturers such as -
Proofing:
We use both The London Proof House and The Birmingham Proof House. We usually visit the proof house in person. Although this does add to the price of the rifle, it does eliminate the chances of damage whilst in transit.
